These machines are used for cutting strap goods such as belts, reigns, etc.  They are very handy when cutting large amounts of strap goods.  They come in various widths ranging from 12" - 30"+.

Here is an old Atlas Strap cutter that has been used for years in our shop.  This machines is not for sale at this time but shows a very good example of a small strap cutter.
